How do we find #joy in the midst of 40-year record high inflation? As prices continue to surge across the board, consumers have had to cut back on discretionary spending. 60% of Americans even say that they are driving less due to high gas prices.

Here's the good news: while 1/3 of Americans report that they are going out less, they are splurging more when they go out.

We all still need a bit of joy in our lives! In my conversation with LiveNow on Fox, I shared some tips for finding joy during these trying times:
