Will 4-6p Dinner Deals attract seniors, millennial families, or both? A couple of watch-outs with this tactic:
1) Discounting fosters disloyalty, not loyalty. Discounts attract the deal seekers who pop around looking for the best deals.
2) The experience needs to be "worth it" to get the next visit after. Are the operations teams ready to deliver exceptional service? Will the Guest Experience be relevant?
I'm rooting for Cracker Barrel as we have a lot of good moments and memories that I hope future generations can create.
Ask me when I last visited - I can't even remember.
